QLC Chain is the next generation public Blockchain for decentralized Network-as-a-Service(NaaS). Additionally, QLC Chain utilizes dual consensus: Delegated Proof of Stake (DPoS) and Shannon Consensus, which is a novel consensus developed by the QLC Chain team.
