This marketing promotion campaign “KuPon Treasure Hunt” is organized solely for marketing purposes and is conducted through marketing partners and media influencers engaged by KuCoin Thailand (operated by ERX Company Limited) for the purpose of promoting and publicizing the “KuPon” campaign to users in Thailand

 Eligibility

  • Participants must have the KuCoin Thailand application.
  • Participants must be new users who have never opened an account with KuCoin Thailand.
  • Multiple accounts or any form of fraudulent activity will result in disqualification.
  • KuCoin Thailand reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time in the event of suspicious activity or abuse.

Reward Cap:

  • This campaign is limited to 5,000 claims for users who complete registration (register) within the activity period.
  • This campaign is limited to 2,500 claims for users who complete registration (register) and successfully complete identity verification (KYC) within the activity period.
  • KuPon can only be claimed within the activity period.
  • In the event that a KuPon is created but not claimed, the reward will be returned to the sender account within 7 days.
  • All rewards are subject to anti-fraud checks.

General Campaign Terms 

  • All taxes (if any) incurred from receiving the reward are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
  • When a participant claims a KuPon, 1 USDT will be automatically credited to their wallet. An additional 4 USDT will be credited within 14 business days after the campaign ends, provided the participant’s KYC has been approved.
  • Participants must submit their KYC verification request within the campaign period in order to be eligible for rewards under the campaign terms.
  • Complete KYC applications will be approved within 7 business days after the campaign ends.
    If an application is incomplete and not approved within this 7-day period, the participant will be deemed ineligible for rewards in this campaign.
  • Participation in this campaign does not constitute an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any digital asset.
  • The Company does not offer financial or investment advice and does not guarantee the future performance or value of any digital assets.
  •  Creating multiple accounts belonging to the same individual or engaging in any fraudulent activity will result in immediate disqualification.

  • The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the campaign, or modify any part of these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion. In the event of any changes, the Company will notify users in advance.
