Important Announcement: Asset Withdrawal and Custody Fee

Dear KuCoin Thailand Customers, 

Pursuant to the order issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand (SEC) to suspend the Company’s business operations relating to the deposit of all types of assets and the trading of digital assets, and as the Company does not have a scheduled plan to resume services in the near future, we kindly request that you withdraw all assets from your account via our system—whether Thai Baht (THB) or digital assets—by April 22, 2026, at 13:00 (UTC+7). 

We strongly encourage you to withdraw your assets before April 22, 2026, at 13:00 (UTC+7) as you can conveniently process withdrawals yourself via the Company’s mobile application or website.  

After April 22, 2026, at 13:00 (UTC+7), you may still withdraw your assets, however, you will no longer be able to do so through the self-service system. Instead, you must contact our Customer Service team at happy@kucoin.th to process withdrawals on a case-by-case basis, which may take longer than self-service transactions. This arrangement remains in effect until further notice. 

Thai Baht (THB) Withdrawal Guidelines 

  1. Transfer Thai Baht to the bank account registered to your KuCoin Thailand account. If you do not have a registered bank account, please contact our customer service team. 

Digital Asset Withdrawal Guidelines 

  1. Transfer digital assets to your own wallet (e.g., hardware wallet or software wallet where you hold the private key). 

  1. Transfer digital assets to your current digital asset service provider that remains in operation. 

  1. Transfer digital assets to another SEClicensed service provider. Customers must have an account with the receiving provider before initiating a withdrawal. A list of licensed providers is available at:

Important Warnings 

  • Please verify all transfer details carefully before proceeding, including wallet address, blockchain network, and other relevant information. 

  • Ensure the destination wallet is ready and capable of supporting the specific digital asset before initiating the transfer. 

  • Once a transfer has been executed through the Company’s system, the transaction is considered final and cannot be canceled, revoked, or reversed under any circumstances. 

  • After digital assets are transferred out of the Company’s system, the Company will no longer have control, oversight, or access to such assets. 

  • The Company will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or inability to access digital assets resulting from incorrect transfer details, invalid wallet addresses or, unsupported networks, or errors not attributable to the Company. 

Custody Fee Policy 
The Company will implement a monthly custody fee for customer assets, with details as follows: 

  • Effective from May 2026 onward 

  • Charged on the 1st day of each month 

  • The custody fee rate is based on the withdrawal fee for each respective digital asset as published on the Company’s website
