Dear KuCoin Thailand Customers, 

KuCoin Thailand (operated by ERX Co., Ltd., “the Company”) sincerely thanks you for your continued trust and support. We would like to inform you of an adjustment to our Customer Service operating hours, effective as follows: 

Starting from April 1, 2026, our Customer Service hours will be: 

  • Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 hrs. 

  • Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and financial institution holidays as announced by the Bank of Thailand
