Fraudulent Websites and Account Registration Notice  

KuCoin Thailand (operated by ERX Co., Ltd.) would like to inform all users that we have recently identified websites bearing names and trademarks similar to KuCoin Thailand, which have been falsely representing themselves as official channels for account registration and financial transactions. Please be advised that these websites are not official channels and have no affiliation whatsoever with KuCoin Thailand. 

For the safety and protection of all users, KuCoin Thailand would like to reiterate that account registration and identity verification can only be conducted through our official platforms as follows:

Furthermore, to ensure compliance with the regulations prescribed by the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Company finds it necessary to temporarily suspend digital asset trading and the deposit of all types of assets, effective from 3 January 2026 at 12:00 p.m. onwards. However, users may continue to withdraw Thai Baht and digital assets held in their accounts through the website and application as usual. The Company confirms that all users’ assets are fully safeguarded and securely maintained in accordance with the regulations prescribed by the Securities and Exchange Commission. 

If you come across any websites, media, or materials that appear to impersonate or misrepresent KuCoin Thailand, please do not engage, disclose any personal or financial information, or take any further action.
