Announcement Regarding the Adjustment of KuCoin Thailand Customer Service Operating Hours
Dear KuCoin Thailand Customers,
ERX Company Limited (the “Company”) would like to inform KuCoin Thailand customers of an adjustment to the operating hours of KuCoin Thailand’s customer service channels, with details as follows.
During 23–26 February 2025, all KuCoin Thailand customer service channels will be available from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Starting from 27 February 2025 onwards, the Company will adjust the operating hours of KuCoin Thailand’s customer service channels to 09:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m. daily, with details as follows:

Monday – Friday: All service channels will be available.

Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays of financial institutions as announced by the Bank of Thailand: All service channels will be available except telephone support.
Customers may contact KuCoin Thailand’s Customer Service (Happiness Team) through the channels designated by the Company below, during the days and hours specified above
