This promotional campaign is organized by ERX Company Limited (“Company”), a licensed digital asset exchange operator regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand (SEC), operating under the brand name KuCoin Thailand. 

Eligibility 

• Referrers must be existing KuCoin Thailand users and KYC-verified
• Referrer must agree and acknowledge the Introducing Broker Agent (“IBA”) Terms & Conditions
• Rewards are valid only for first-time registrants; multiple accounts by the same person will be disqualified
• KuCoin Thailand reserves the right to reject referrals deemed fraudulent or non-genuine 

Reward Cap:

• A total reward pool of 12,000 USDT (≈400,000 THB) is allocated for this campaign.
• Rewards will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. The campaign will end once the full reward budget has been exhausted or by 14 August 2025, 23:59 (GMT+7), whichever comes first.
• All rewards are subject to anti-fraud checks. 

General Campaign Terms 

• All taxes (if any) incurred from receiving the reward are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
• Rewards will be distributed in USDT and will be automatically credited to your wallet with 15 working days after the campaign concludes. 
• The Company does not offer financial or investment advice and does not guarantee the future performance or value of any digital assets
• Participation in this campaign does not constitute an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any digital asset
• A decision to buy or sell any digital asset is at the sole discretion of the participant, and the participant shall consider the basic information necessary for making investment decisions (if any)
• The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the campaign, or modify any part of these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion. In the event of any changes, the Company will notify users in advance
