Return of Digital Asset Exchange License

We wish to inform you that we are currently in the process of returning the Digital Asset Exchange License to the Ministry of Finance, in accordance with the procedures of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This decision follows a careful review of our business plans and strategic direction.

During this period, customers can continue to submit asset withdrawal requests as usual by contacting our Customer Service team at happy@kucoin.th until further notice. A step-by-step manual withdrawal guide will be available here: FAQ

We strongly encourage customers to complete asset withdrawals before May 1, 2026, as monthly custody fees will be applied thereafter. Beginning May 2026, custody fees will be charged on the 1st of each month, based on the withdrawal fee rates applicable to each type of digital asset. Details of withdrawal fees can be found at: FEES.

Please be assured that all actions will be carried out in compliance with regulatory requirements, and we remain committed to safeguarding customer interests with fairness and transparency.
