The Company would like to inform you that our system will be temporarily closed. Users will not be able to log in starting from: 22 April 2026 at 13:00 (UTC+7) onwards, until further notice
During this period:

Customers will not be able to log in to their accounts

Customers will not be able to view their asset balances or transaction history via the system.
However, customers may refer to the End-of-Day Asset Balance Report as of 22 April 2026, which will be sent to customers with remaining assets via their registered email on 23 April 2026.

Customers will not be able to withdraw assets via the system. However, customers may submit a request for manual withdrawal by contacting our Customer Support team
The Company strongly recommends that you withdraw your assets and download your transaction history and related documents for tax purposes (if any) or personal record-keeping before 22 April 2026 at 1:00 PM (UTC+7), as you can conveniently complete these transactions via the Company’s application or website.

After 22 April 2026 at 1:00 PM (UTC+7) onwards, you will still be able to withdraw assets or request your transaction history; however, you will no longer be able to perform these actions via the system.
You will need to contact our Customer Support team at happy@kucoin.th to process withdrawals or request transaction history on a case-by-case basis. Please note that processing time may take longer compared to self-service transactions. This will remain in effect until further notice.
