We are pleased to announce that ERX has rebranded to KuCoin Thailand (“KuCoin TH”) but remaining operated by ERX Company Limited (“ERX”), This marks a new chapter in our journey, introducing enhanced services, stronger security, and a seamless user experience.

Upcoming Steps

April 22, 2025, from 02:00 (UTC+7) onward

• Existing customers can access their accounts via https://www.kucoin.th/ and the mobile application.

Please go to Reset Password | KuCoin TH and follow the step to set a new password for your KuCoin Thailand account. Your username will remain the same as the email address you originally registered with ERX.

Upon login, you will be guided through personal information review, the crypto knowledge test, and identification & verification via the NDID. This process ensures a smooth transition and seamless experience on the KuCoin Thailand platform after account migration.

• Existing customers can trade and deposit-withdraw THB and Digital assets.

Important: Before making a deposit, please confirm your new wallet address in the KuCoin Thailand system. Do not use any previous wallet addresses from the ERX system.
