Important Announcement: Asset Withdrawal, Temporary System Suspension, and Custody Fee Policy

Pursuant to the order issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand (SEC) to suspend KuCoin Thailand (operated by ERX Co., Ltd., the “Company”) business operations relating to the deposit of all types of assets and the trading of digital assets, and as the Company does not have a scheduled plan to resume services in the near future, for your benefit, we kindly request that you withdraw all assets from your account via our system—whether Thai Baht (THB) or digital assets—by April 22, 2026, at 13:00 (UTC+7). As the Company will temporarily suspend its system, customers will not be able to log in from that time onward until further notice.

During this period:

  • Customers will not be able to log in.
  • Customers will not be able to view balances or transaction records in the system. A balance report as of April 22, 2026, will be sent to registered email addresses on April 23, 2026. Customers may also request transaction details by contacting Customer Service at happy@kucoin.th.
  • Customers will not be able to withdraw assets independently. Manual withdrawal requests must be submitted to Customer Service.

We strongly recommend that customers withdraw assets and download transaction histories or related documents for tax or personal record purposes before April 22, 2026, at 13:00 (UTC+7).

After this deadline, asset withdrawals will still be available but only through Customer Service on a case-by-case basis, which may take longer than self-service transactions.

⚠️ Caution: Deposits made to KuCoin Thailand’s existing wallet addresses after April 22, 2026, at 13:00 (UTC+7) will not be recoverable. The Company will not be responsible for any loss or inability to access digital assets resulting from such deposits.

THB Withdrawal Guidelines

Digital Asset Withdrawal Guidelines

·       Transfer digital assets to your own wallet (e.g., hardware wallet or software wallet where you hold the private key).

  • Transfer digital assets to your current digital asset service provider that remains in operation.
  • Transfer digital assets to another SEClicensed service provider. Customers must have an account with the receiving provider before initiating a withdrawal.

Important Notes

·       Please verify all transfer details carefully before proceeding, including wallet address, blockchain network, and other relevant information.

·       Ensure the destination wallet is ready and capable of supporting the specific digital asset before initiating the transfer.

·       Once a transfer has been executed through the Company’s system, the transaction is considered final and cannot be canceled, revoked, or reversed under any circumstances.

·       After digital assets are transferred out of the Company’s system, the Company will no longer have control, oversight, or access to such assets.

·       The Company will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or inability to access digital assets resulting from incorrect transfer details, invalid wallet addresses or, unsupported networks, or errors not attributable to the Company.

Custody Fee Policy

The Company will implement a monthly custody fee for customer assets, with details as follows: 

  • Monthly custody fees will be charged starting May 2026.
  • Fees will be collected on the 1st of each month.
  • Rates will follow the withdrawal fee schedule for each type of digital asset, as published on the Company’s website.
