Announcement: Temporary Suspension of USDT Deposits and Withdrawals via TRC20 Network
KuCoin Thailand (operated by ERX Co., Ltd.) would like to inform customers that the Company will temporarily suspend USDT deposit and withdrawal services via the TRC20 network.
The suspension will be effective from 7 March 2026 at 10:00 (UTC+7) until 30 April 2026 at 16:00 (UTC +7).
During this period, customers will not be able to deposit or withdraw USDT via the TRC20 network. Transactions made through this network will not be credited to the system and may result in the loss of assets.
