Reminder: Please Renew Your KYC to Receive Refund from SiriHub A and B Projects

We would like to inform you that the project of SiriHub A and SiriHub B token is approaching its maturity date, which is scheduled for October 10, 2025 at 11:59 PM. The digital token issuer will distribute the revenue from the sale of the project’s assets to token holders by transferring the funds to the bank account you have provided, or to your Cash Balance account with KuCoin Thailand, as you have previously instructed to KuCoin Thailand. If you have not given instructions to us, the funds will be transferred to your Cash Balance with KuCoin Thailand. 

If you have chosen to receive your revenue sharing into your Cash Balance account with KuCoin Thailand, or if there are any pending revenue sharing from previous quarters remaining in your Cash Balance, we kindly request that you complete the customer information renewal (Renew KYC). This will help ensure smooth and timely withdrawals, in compliance with the company’s policies and regulatory requirements. If you have chosen to receive the revenue sharing via bank transfer, you are not required to renew your customer information (Renew KYC) to withdraw the fund from your Cash Balance at KuCoin Thailand. 

If you are unable to complete the KYC renewal process, you may alternatively submit the following documents to happy@kucoin.th using only the email address you registered with the company. This is to request future revenue sharing payments to be transferred to your bank account. The change will take effect from the date you receive an email confirmation from the company regarding the successful registration of your bank account. 

Required document: 

  • A copy of the first page of the bank book (showing the account number and name) of the account you wish to receive the revenue sharing.
  • Please sign and date the document, and include the statement: 

"Bank account registration for receiving SiriHub project revenue sharing" 

Important Note: KuCoin Thailand will never ask for your password or private key under any circumstances. Please keep this sensitive information always secure.
