Daily Digital Asset Withdrawal Limit Increase

The Company’s daily digital asset withdrawal limits are established in accordance with the applicable laws, regulations, and requirements prescribed by the relevant regulatory authorities in Thailand. Upon approval of customer's account opening, new customers shall be assigned a standard daily digital asset withdrawal limit equivalent to THB 50,000 per day. Customers may submit a request to increase their daily digital asset withdrawal limit to Level 1 - Level 6, up to a maximum limit of THB 100,000,000 per day. The Company’s review and consideration are based on the supporting documents and information provided by the customer, and in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

How to Upgrade Advance Level
Step 1 : Log into the KuCoin TH App, select Profile → Identity Verification → Advance Identity Verification→ Verify
Step 2 : Upload your proof of wealth. The withdrawal amount will be assessed based on the submitted documentation.
Documents to apply for Withdrawal Limit Level
Level 1–2 (Maximum limit of THB 200,000 per day): Customers are required to upload at least one (1) document from List A.
Level 3–6 (Maximum limit of THB 100,000,000 per day): Customers are required to upload at least one (1) document from List A and one (1) document from List B.
List A – Proof of Financial Status Showing the Customer name as the Owner (Select at least one (1) document)
- Bank statement showing a minimum balance of THB 200,000, issued within the last 3 months
- Securities account statement issued within the last 3 months
- Digital asset wallet balance or transaction history (must clearly display customer's email address or full name and platform name), issued within the last 3 months
- Title deed or ownership document of assets (no issuance date limitation)
- Salary slip or income certificate issued within the last 3 months
- Withholding tax certificate or official tax deduction document issued by a government authority for the most recent tax year
List B – Proof of Investor Status (For Level 3–6 Only) (Select at least one (1) document)
- Evidence of qualification as an institutional investor, ultra-high-net-worth investor, or high-net-worth investor, as defined by the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of Thailand
(Further details available at: https://publish.sec.or.th/nrs/9264s.pdf) - Proof of a credible professional occupation issued by a recognized authority or organization, such as medical professionals, certified public accountants, judges, or capital market professionals
- Whitelist confirmation letter issued by a digital asset business operator regulated by the Thai SEC
- Evidence of holding an account with a securities company or derivatives business operator for more than six (6) months, including transaction history
- Financial status certification letter issued by a reputable financial institution
- Confirmation of being a customer who has maintained an account with KuCoin Thailand for more than six (6) months, has traded more than five (5) digital assets (excluding stablecoins), and has conducted matched trading transactions on a monthly basis for a continuous period of at least six (6) months
