Unable to Receive SMS Code

If you can’t receive SMS verification code sent from KuCoin TH, please follow the instructions below:

1. Ensure that you have clicked the Send Code button after entering your mobile number. Once you click, it will show you the countdown. And the code is valid for 60 seconds. Do not request for code frequently.

2. Ensure that your mobile phone has a good network signal. If you cannot receive SMS code, the issue might be with your service provider, or gateway congestion. Try it again later by clicking Send Code button, or contact our support team for help.

3. If you have certain security apps on your phone, they may block text messages from unknown senders. Disable these features temporarily, then hit the Send Code button again to try again.

4. Try voice verification instead if it is available at your end.

5. Or you can restart your mobile phone and try it again.

6. SMS verification code is valid for 10 minutes only.

7.If the phone phone number was already bound with your another KuCoin TH account, then you would not be able to receive the SMS verification code when binding to a new account. 

Note: Other factors such as an insufficient phone balance, full phone storage, or requesting SMS codes too frequently may prevent you from receiving our text messages. You’ll have to address these issues before trying again.
