Introduction

At KuCoin Thailand, we’re committed to making digital assets simple, engaging, and rewarding. That’s why we’re excited to introduce KuPon – a brand-new feature that lets you share digital assets with your friends in just one click. Whether you’re celebrating a festival, showing appreciation, or simply adding excitement to your community chats, KuPon makes gifting digital assets easier than ever.  

What is KuPon?

KuPon is a digital “gift envelope” that allows you to pack in a set amount of digital asset (e.g. USDT) and share it with friends via a link. 
*KuPon is a digital asset transfer feature. It is not related to promotions. 

Whoever clicks first, gets first – just like a traditional red envelope. 

You can choose between two modes: 

  • Random (Lucky KuPon) – Recipients get different amounts, turning every KuPon into a little surprise gift — PS. Who doesn’t enjoy the thrill of the unknown?
  • Equal (Fixed amount Kupon) – Equal amounts for all, so nobody feels left out. 

How to Send a KuPon

Step 1: Log into your KuCoin Thailand account 
Make sure your account is KYC-verified and funded with the digital assets you want to send. 

Step 2: Access KuPon 
Simply go to your profile or funding account, then select Share to Friends, and look for KuPon 

Step 3: Create your KuPon and enter the details 
Choose the digital asset, set the amount, and decide how many recipients can claim it.

Step 4: Send your KuPon 
Review the details, then hit Send Now. 

Enter your trading password to confirm, and you’ll receive a link or code. Share it directly with friends via chat apps, social media, or SMS. 

Fun Ways to Use KuPon 

  • Drop it in a Telegram group: “First come, first served!”
  • Birthday surprise? Send a KuPon instead of cake?
  • Running a contest? Make winners claim their crypto prize through it.
  • Or just because… who doesn’t like free gifts? 

How to Receive a KuPon

Step 1: Get the link or code 
A friend will share a KuPon with you via chat, social media, SMS, or email. 
Click the link to start — but always double-check that the link is from kucoin.th to stay safe. 

Step 2: Log into your KuCoin Thailand account 
If you already have an account, just log in. 
If not, you can sign up right away using your email. Remember to claim the KuPon with the same email you registered. 

Step 3: Claim your KuPon 
Go to the KuPon feature under Assets and tap Claim KuPon. 
Enter the code or simply follow the link you received. 

Step 4: Receive your digital asset instantly 
Once claimed, the digital asset will be credited directly into your Funding Account — no waiting required. 

With KuPon, sending and receiving digital assets is fast and fun. Whether you’re the one gifting or the one claiming, it’s an easy way to bring digital assets into EVERYDAY.
