With reference to the recent reports on social media concerning a cyberattack targeting certain digital asset platforms, which may have raised concerns regarding the security placed on customers’ digital assets, 

KuCoin Thailand, operated by ERX Company Limited, would like to inform all customers that our operating systems, customer's digital assets, and personal data have not been affected by the said incident. 

We assure our customers that our operations are conducted under standardised systems and infrastructure with internationally recognized security measures. This includes stringent audits and continuous monitoring on a 24-hour basis. 

In line with our commitment to transparency and adherence to international standards, we reiterate that the protection of our customers’ digital assets and personal data remains our highest priority. Accordingly, customer's digital assets and information are safeguarded at all times.
