Quarterly Profit-Sharing Schedule for the Period April 1, 2025 – June 30, 2025

To: Holders of SiriHub Investment Tokens

          SPV 77 Co., Ltd. (the “Company”), as the issuer of SiriHub Investment Tokens, would like to inform you of the quarterly profit-sharing schedule for the period from April 1, 2025 to June 30, 2025, as follows:

          1.The Company will allocate the quarterly profit share for the period from April 1, 2025 to June 30, 2025 to holders of SiriHub Investment Tokens (“Token Holders”) who continue to hold the tokens as of 11:59 p.m. on June 30, 2025 (the “Record Date”).

          2.The Company, together with XSpring Digital Co., Ltd. (“XSpring”) the digital token offering system provider will distribute the quarterly profit share to Token Holders within 3 business days from the Record Date, i.e., by July 3, 2025. The payment will be made via bank transfer or to the Cash Balance account of the Token Holder, depending on the method previously specified by the Token Holder through the digital asset exchange platform operated by ERX Co., Ltd. (“ERX”).

          Token Holders must indicate their preferred method of receiving returns through the electronic system within 1 business day from the Record Date. If no preference has been specified, the Company and XSpring will proceed to pay the return via the Token Holder’s bank account on record. If no bank account information has been provided to ERX, the return will be deposited into the Token Holder’s Cash Balance account maintained with ERX.

          Please note that if Token Holders wish to withdraw funds from their Cash Balance account with ERX, a withdrawal fee will be applied as specified by ERX
