     Bangkok, 13 June 2025 — Today marks an exciting new chapter for KuCoin Thailand as we officially publicize our digital asset platform. Following a successful invite-only phase and strategic rebrand from ERX, we are proud to introduce a platform that is fully regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) of Thailand, with no access restrictions.

This milestone represents our evolution into a world-class platform that meets the needs of Thai users through secure technology, innovative design, and engaging local experiences. We’re unveiling three major updates as part of this public launch:

Following an invite-only soft launch, KuCoin Thailand is now available to all eligible users without restrictions. Our secure, regulated, and user-friendly platform is ready for everyone in Thailand—whether you're just getting started or a seasoned trader.

2. Welcome to KuCoin Thailand Early-Bird Campaign

This promotional campaign is organized by ERX Company Limited (“Company”), a licensed digital asset exchange operator regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand (SEC), operating under the brand name KuCoin Thailand.

Eligibility

  • Only new users who submit the Know Your Customer (KYC) process on the KuCoin Thailand platform within the campaign period are eligible.
  • Each individual is eligible to participate once only. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual or under fraudulent means will be disqualified.

Campaign Mechanics

  • The first 1,000 eligible new users who meet the criteria below will receive a maximum of 500 THB each.
    -Successfully complete KYC verification.

    -500 THB per new user who successfully completes KYC and makes at least one trade.
    -250 THB per new user who successfully completes KYC only.
  • The next 2,000 eligible new users who meet the criteria after the first 1,000 will receive a maximum of 250 THB each.
    -Successfully complete KYC verification.

    -250 THB per new user who successfully completes KYC and makes at least one trade.
    -125 THB per new user who successfully completes KYC only.
  • All the above tasks shall be completed within Campaign Period: 13 June 2025, 13:00 – 13 July 2025, 23:59 (GMT+7)
  • Reward Distribution: 50% of the reward will be credited in USDT or THB to eligible KuCoin Thailand wallets by 12 August 2025. The remaining 50% will be credited in USDT or THB by 30 August 2025, subject to account approval and completion of at least one trade before 13 August 2025.
  • The Company reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of social media activities and may disqualify participants deemed to have engaged in fraudulent, automated, or non-genuine actions.

General Terms

  • All taxes (if any) incurred from receiving the reward are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
  • The Company does not offer financial or investment advice and does not guarantee the future performance or value of any digital assets.
  • Participation in this campaign does not constitute an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any digital asset.
  • A decision to buy or sell any digital asset is at the sole discretion of the participant, and the participant shall consider the basic information necessary for making investment decisions (if any).
  • The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the campaign, or modify any part of these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion. In the event of any changes, the Company will notify users in advance.
  • In the event of disputes, the Company’s decision shall be final and binding.
  • By participating in this campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the platform’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
  • Any activity that violates the law or shows tendencies of illegal activities or is deemed fraudulent will not be eligible to participate or receive any rewards.
