KuCoin Thailand , Digital Asset Exchange (“Company”) would like to inform you that SPV77 Company Limited, On behalf of the issuer of the SiriHub investment digital tokens, the date for determining the rights of SiriHub token holders has been announced for the distribution of income from the sale of project assets, including any outstanding quarterly income distributions, as follows:

Following the completion of the final income distribution and proceeds from the asset disposal by the Digital Token Issuer, all SiriHub Tokens held in your KuCoin Thailand account will be transferred back to the Digital Token Issuer’s account.
You may verify the number of SiriHub Investment Tokens you held as of October 10, 2025 via the “SiriHub Token Asset Holding Report” sent to your registered email address on October 11, 2025.
Remarks:
If you have never registered a bank account with KuCoin Thailand, your revenue sharing will be paid into your Cash Balance Account at KuCoin Thailand which the withdrawal is subject to withdrawal fee as imposed by KuCoin Thailand.
If you would like to change your revenue sharing channel to receive the disposition of project assets and accrued quarterly revenue sharing, please inform us via email happy@kucoin.th. The due date for changing the revenue sharing payment method is 14th October 2025 at 23.59 (UTC+7). Should you wish to change your revenue share payment method to a bank account, please provide a signed copy of your bank account document with the date, and include the following statement on the copy: 'Bank account registration for receiving revenue share from the SIRIHUB project.
