Important Announcement: Temporary Suspension of Digital Asset Trading and Deposits

Dear KuCoin Thailand Customers,

 

To ensure that the operations of KuCoin Thailand (operated by ERX Co., Ltd., the “Company”) are conducted appropriately and in full compliance with the regulations set forth by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand (SEC), the Company must temporarily suspend all digital asset trading and deposits of every asset type. This suspension will take effect from January 3, 2026, 12.00 PM (UTC+7) onwards.

Any outstanding unmatched orders in the order book will be cleared upon the suspension of the system and will not be reinstated after the system re-opens.

If you wish to trade digital assets after services are restored, you will need to submit new trade orders once the Company has been authorized by the SEC to resume operations.

 

During this period, you may continue to withdraw Thai Baht and digital assets from your account via the website and mobile application as usual. All of your assets, both Thai Baht and digital assets, are securely safeguarded in full compliance with the SEC regulations.

 

Please note that if your customer information review and suitability test are due for periodic verification and have not yet been completed, you must successfully complete the review before being able to withdraw Thai Baht or digital assets from your account.
