Depositing THB or Digital Assets During Temporary Suspension of Services

In the event that Thai Baht or digital assets are deposited during the Company’s temporary suspension of services, the system will not update the deposit balance in your account. Please contact our Customer Service team (“Happiness Team”) to request a refund of such assets. Withdrawal fees will be charged at the same rate as standard asset withdrawals.
