Unable to Receive Email Code

If you can’t receive email verification code sent from KuCoin TH, please follow the instructions below to check your email’s settings:

 

1. Make sure you’re using the correct email address that you sign up for your KuCoin TH account with.

2. Ensure that you have clicked the Send Code button after entering your mobile number. Once you click, it will show you the countdown. And the code is valid for 60 seconds. Do not request for code frequently.

3. Email delays can sometimes occur due to network issues. Refresh your inbox, or try resending by clicking the Send Code button.

Note: Accounts that sign up with corporate emails may have strict filters or encounter security blocks. Consider using a personal email instead for fewer issues.

4. Your mailbox might be full. If your mailbox doesn’t have enough space, new emails won’t be delivered. Delete some emails to free up space.

5. Check your spam folder. Sometimes, emails may accidentally be filtered into spam. Adding no-reply@kucoin.th to your safelist can prevent this.
